Ok, first of all let me just say that I, being Filipino have been to many a celebration and have used different variations of the "all in one mic's" aka magic sing. I myself own a 2004 version of entertech's magic mic. My biggest gripe with all the older version's of these products were the horrible quality of the midi files that are used. I decided to take the plunge with this model because it appeared to have the best features of the products that I was interested in. Prior to buying, I looked at the Magic Sing Extreme, Micro Ky Duostar and the MyStage HDK. While the prospect of having an HDMI out feature fascinated me in the Duostar and MyStage models, I was more interested in sound quality than video quality. The Duostar had 5000 songs built in, yes that's not a typo 5000 songs! However, I chose to go with Wow's model because of the SAM 2533 Sound Dream Module. Still has 3000+ songs built in and I am not disapointed in the least bit. The quality of the songs are fantastic. I can actually hear each individual instrument playing in the background and love the multiplex, chorus and background vocal feature. After running the audio out through a BBE 482 sonic maximizer to clean up the highs and lows and then finally to my Sony STRDH 720 receiver, the sound that comes out is truly nothing short of amazing. The music now has such depth, clarity, richness and presence that it sounds almost studio quality. I have a 7.1 sound setup all I can say is WOW WOW WOW WOW at the sound! The wireless mic's are exceptional. Even at high volumes, there is absolutely no feedback if you get too close to the sound source. The video is fed via a yellow rca jack, not HDMI quality but is much better than anything the older entertech models put out. I cleaned up the signal as best I could using monster cables and feeding it through my receiver. Overall, I am very happy with the product as it is a huge leap forward from entertech's 2004 model that I have. Several of my friends were absolutely floored by the sound when they heard it. If you can afford this, I highly recommend you get it. It is quite pricey but the quality of the sound is superb. I would stay away from the HDMI models until they figure out how to fix the audio latency problems that are plaguing them. Thank you WOW Videoke for making a great product.

Highly recommended product for anyone who truly enjoys singing at its best --either alone or in the company of friends. A lot of classic and new and current song selections with matching mtv, chorus etc.. the sound is amazing and even makes your voice sound proffesional.I ordered this on line and I got it on the 3rd day!!!! Just enough time for a big party I have planned for my friends! i should say that the WOW VIdeoke company is prompt, on time ,safe and caring for their international customers. Kudos kababayan!More orders to come.

While visiting a relative in the Netherlands a few years ago we were impressed with an item he owned for singing karaoke. It was this WOW only a few models earlier. He owned a few plug in modules, each holding about 300 additional song. I was impressed and my wife started in asking for one for her birthday right then. We returned home a couple weeks later and though she brought the WOW machine up once in a while, her attention turned to other things and so did one. This item was soon totally forgotten. This Christmas we were guests with some friends for party. Part of the games and entertainment involved Karaoke. THe machine they used was another WOW karaoke machine. It was the next in the line model we say at my brother-in-laws a few years earlier. It sounded even better than I remembered and the videos were just the same as the ones I remembered from his and from restaurants I had seen. You know, Love songs with videos of Elephants walking on the Planes of Africa, things like that. Totally mismatched videos from what they should be showing with songs they pick. FUNNY as HECK to me. I love that and laugh like a maniac sometimes, depending on the severity of the mismatch. Now my wife remembered wanting one again. Her Birthday is only a few weeks away so I looked it up on the internet and found that this machine is improved yet again. This time you can add your own backgrounds for the sngs you play via an SD card reader. My wife will make slideshows and short videos, she says for her songs IF she gets one of these this year on her Birthday. I plan on making my own too, but more like the ones that already come from tees Companies. You know, war movies with songs about little town blues etc. Walruses and Love songs are always a big hit in Asia for some reason. We'll see how everyone I know here in America likes them , hahha. I TOTALLY recommend this as a perfect gift or as a perfect purchase for ones self. It's easy to use and sounds GREAT.
