Not a powerful amplifier and it needs an external amplifier.
If you are an amateur then it is a perfect use in a small environment.

Ive have Had my equipment for about two years now, I wonder how much longer it will last though cause all the equipment you buy now is "Made In China" and quality is really really bad with crap made there for low cost and high price here!!!! So, given that, its always a matter of time with all this stuff. I surprised my recording system has not failed as of yet too, I paid $500 for it so it better at least last me five years, it has two so far so I better count my blessings now while im ahead. Everything is a HIT OR MISS WITH THIS STUFF.

from what I recall, it arrived and appeared to be used, dust covered, appears to have been sitting in a rack. Upon testing audio inputs (composite) failed. perhaps a newer model would be better, I wouldn't sell their older equipment. Item was returned.
We had a DTK-9900 model that lasted about 8 yrs before exhibiting odd symptoms, it would work for about two to three songs then just cut out (no sound). So your mileage may vary w/the vocopro line. I had called tech support and they did say they had been having problems and wondered how the mixing amp had lasted so long.
If anything perhaps a much newer model would be better, but again YMMV.
