I have ordered this Karaoke machine online. When I received the machine, several cables were missing-a USB cable and a cable connection for an iPad. These cables are supposed to be included in the package. I called customer service, waited half an hour, and someone finally picked up the phone. The customer service representative advised me to send order documentation and the company would send me the missing cables. Unfortunately, the service representative called me back 5 minutes later and informed me they don't have any extra cables. I was forced to return the entire machine. I tested the microphone, and it seems okay, but I never got the chance to test the machine due to the missing cables.

This just didn't fit my need at the time but over all a great product. This item would not work with our ipad.

I bought this one week ago, I used twice. There is no big problem of this product. The only problem I have is when I try to increase the volume of the microphone, It gave me a lot of noise from the speaker even I used my own stereo that connected to this machine.
but anyway. it's a good deal to have this one.
