After receiving the first machine that was broken, the replacement one has been great. It's sturdy and easy for my seven-year-old to use. The return procedure was very easy and each delivery was quick. I am pleased with this purchase as it appears to be what was advertised.

For Christmas, I purchased a karoake machine from The Singing Machine Company through Amazon.com. Because my grandaughter was with her father for the holidays, it was over a month before she visited. When we opened the box and plugged it in, the CD-playing mechanism didn't work. It was past the warranty program for Amazon.com, so I contacted The Singing Machine Company via email, explaining what had happened and requesting replacement or refund. I paid nearly $50.00 to return the machine. This was their response: Yes, we have noted that the CD would not spin, but the machines CD player has been pushed into the machine and after contacting the warehouse again, the microphone mouth piece is also damaged. Please contact UPS to file a claim.
The machine was returned in their packaging, just as it was shipped to us. Buyer should be aware of their poor customer service.
